Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh/Crabtree Valley

Our room was great! We enjoyed the peace and quiet and slept comfortably. The staff members were very nice and friendly. I also appreciated the fact that your hotel provides a shuttle service. Carl is such a nice guy who is very patient. He drove me to the mall and a restaurant near the hotel, where I picked up my lunch. Excellent service Thank you very much!

Clean rooms, more up to date rooms, stuff was amazing. The only issue i seen was it was a but harder to get to the actual hotel due to its location (we had to do a u-turn at the stop light since there's no middle median section to turn from)

The staff especially James and Colita really made the stay exceptional. Great property, great amenities and wonderful staff who were very helpful. Nothing but great things to say about our stay.

I think my stay was a general 4.5 out of 5. Personnel was super friendly on site and my suite was nice and clean however the heating was broken and were were in the low 50's so it was pretty cold (had to buy a heater but since the suite was super big, didn't make much of a difference). It seemed the thermostat was faulty (feels like it showed different temperatures at a lower value). At one point it even said my room was 86 degrees which was not accurate since my own portable thermostat was showing 60. Edit: modified my rating after a couple weeks since I got a call from the manager which shows they care about a client's opinion. Jenn the manager was amazing ans helpful over the phone and was very kind and thoughtful so yes giving a 5 because of that. Not a lot of places follow up or do that anymore the way Jenn did.

I rarely have issues when staying at an Hampton Inn. I stayed at this location o. 9/27/25 for the night. The room was great. The staff was friendly. The hotel was nice and clean over all. It one of the the top three hotels on that street (which there are a few). Ample parking. Nothing to complain about and no issues to mention. Very pleased. The location is great. I just wish that there was a more direct way to get to the mall. Getting back from the mall is a lot easier and shorter.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind, especially Deria. She was an amazing person, and I would have given her a perfect 10 if I could. The room was also fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, spacious and clean bathroom. Great customer service. We didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast, because we overslept, so I can't tell you about that.... lol

This place saved our butts!! We traveled from Florida for a family wedding, and originally had the weekend booked at their neighbor hotel La Quinta. And the La Quinta was in such horrible conditions, we immediately cancelled 5 seperate rooms after seeing the conditions of the place and ran here. The Hampton Inn is great!! Starting with the friendly staff that greeted us and were able to book us 5 rooms so our trip wasn't ruined! A wonderful lobby, that we actually spent many hours in sense we are a large party of about 11, and even had a few family members come see us. Very spacious and clean. They also serve a wonderful free breakfast with many options! My room on the 6th floor was very spacious and clean. I had everything I needed in the room for my stay and was very pleased. I would gladly stay here again and recommend them anytime!! Especially over their neighbor La Quinta!
